KlickPint is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

When you use KlickPint, our server automatically logs the following technical data for security and abuse prevention:

IP address (used for rate limiting only, not stored permanently)
Browser type and version (User-Agent string)
Date and time of requests
HTTP method and response status codes

1.2 Submitted URLs

When you paste a Pinterest URL, that URL is transmitted to our server to process your request. We do not store, log, or retain submitted Pinterest URLs after your request is processed. URLs are discarded immediately after the response is sent.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

Name, email address, or any personal identifiers
Account credentials or login information
Payment information (KlickPint is completely free)
Location data beyond IP-based rate limiting
Downloaded video content (we do not store downloaded files)

2. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used exclusively for:

Processing your video download request in real-time
Rate limiting to prevent server abuse
Diagnosing technical errors and improving service performance
Security monitoring and bot protection

3. Cookies

KlickPint uses only essential browser storage necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that monitor your behavior across other websites.

4. Third-Party Services

KlickPint uses the following third-party services:

Google Fonts — to load typography. Google may log your IP when fonts are fetched. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Pinterest CDN — video files are fetched from Pinterest's servers. We proxy the file to you; your IP is not directly exposed to Pinterest's CDN.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks on KlickPint.

5. Data Retention

Server access logs (IP + timestamp) are retained for a maximum of 24 hours for security purposes, then automatically purged. No Pinterest URLs or video content is stored at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, HTTP security headers, and rate limiting to protect against unauthorized access and abuse.

7. Children's Privacy

KlickPint is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

Since we retain minimal data for only 24 hours, most requests are fulfilled automatically by our purge cycle.
